Payments and Refunds
Payment methods
We accept the following forms of payment methods:
- LuminousGEMS offers secure payment methods through PayPal and Stripe. We do not store nor have access to any credit card details. Paypal accepts American Express, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. After selecting payment method as ‘Credit Card/PayPal’, you will be re-directed to a PayPal payment screen.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, select ‘Check Out as a Guest’ for credit card payments.
- LuminousGEMS may accept bank transfers for Australian customers. Email us gems@luminousgems.com.au and we will process your delivery once the payment is received.
- LuminousGEMS also accepts Cash for local pickups through agents if you live in Perth, Western Australia. Email us gems@luminousgems.com.au to make arrangements.
Refunds, returns & exchanges
For change of mind refunds or exchanges:
- You have 45 days to return or exchange the products (exclusions apply) as long as they are still in sale-able condition – in its original packaging, unworn, unused and as sold, with a valid warranty card. Due to reasons pertaining to hygiene, earrings cannot be returned, but can be replaced under our warranty policy.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind exchanges or returns, which will not be refunded.
- Each return request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued upon our receipt of the returned jewellery in sale-able condition.
