Warranty Policy
Every original creation of LuminousGEMS jewellery piece is covered with an international warranty policy.
Warranty policy explained:
LuminousGEMS jewellery is created under the highest quality control. However, if there are any manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials used, we will repair or replace the defective item within 60 days of purchase with a valid warranty card (in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and Commonwealth Law).
It is to be noted, however, that slight ‘imperfections’ are often intrinsic to the handmade process, and no two pieces are alike. The final piece of jewellery made may differ slightly to the pictures on our website. In rare circumstances, damage to the item may occur as a result of postage handling. Please check the jewellery thoroughly upon delivery.
It might be helpful for you to send us pictures of the defective item to facilitate this process. And, please do not hesitate to contact us for further details on replacements and repair matters: gems@luminousgems.com.au
Disclaimer
All jewellery is subject to wear and tear. Any damage to the product due to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence or attempted repairs is not covered under this warranty. LuminousGEMS holds the sole discretion to reject warranty claims based on a case-by-case assessment of each claim.
LuminousGEMS jewellery is a delicate material, which must be handled with special care in accordance with the advice from Jewellery Care section to avoid damage to the product. LuminousGEMS will not be liable for any damage caused by failure to follow these care instructions.
LuminousGEMS is not responsible for lost, misplaced items or any damages caused by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
